VIEIRA Procurement Legal Services is a Portuguese boutique law and consultancy firm providing highly specialised legal and strategic advisory services in public contracting, with a strong focus on strategic and innovation procurement and EU-funded projects.

The firm combines in-depth expertise in EU and national public procurement law with extensive practical experience in designing and implementing complex procurement and contracting strategies.
