Its founder is the Portuguese procurement lawyer of the European Assistance for Innovation Procurement (EAFIP) network and has contributed as an expert to European Commission work on innovation procurement and to ENACT. VIEIRA also participates in EU-funded R&I projects, including iProcureNet and POWERBASE.
