Pre–commercial procurement to buy R&D services in the form of tools for modelling and dynamic assessment of integrated health and care pathways enhancing response capabilities

This PIN provides early information about the expected starting date and purchase volume for a pre-commercial procurement (PCP), and about the open market consultation that is currently in preparation of this procurement. More information about the upcoming open market consultation is provided in section II.2.14). Within the framework of the DYNAMO PCP project, the procurement aims to procure R&D services in the form of tools that support the modelling and dynamic assessment of integrated health and care pathways enhancing response capacity of health systems. The tools should: 1. Efficiently adapt service delivery processes to shocks and structural changes 2. Share and integrate cross-sectoral data to accurately forecast outcomes and impacts of alternative pathway configurations 3. Facilitate task planning and skills matching in times of crises The precise services to be procured will be defined in the call for tenders and considering the market input received during the OMC
